Problems Next Door, DVD
  1. A short (three minute) promotional introduction to Community Mediation in Scotland. Useful for playing on a loop in Housing Department reception areas or to set the scene at public meetings or mediation awareness sessions.
  2. A 20-minute training resource charting the development and resolution of a typical neighbour dispute. The DVD contains two versions of the story: one a straight run-through, the other showing unhelpful and helpful variations of  interventions by the mediators.
