Consultancy Services

 

The Scottish Community Mediation Centre* has worked in a range of ways with the Scottish Government, international mediation organisations and virtually all the Scottish local authorities.

 

We can offer the following consultancy services:

 

  • Assistance to individual local authorities and other mediation commissioners in identifying and planning for appropriate models and levels of delivery for community mediation in their area.
  • Assistance in establishing procedures, service standards and quality control measures for mediation services.
  • Production of high-quality and accessible promotional material for conflict resolution schemes and initiatives.
  • Skills audits/training plans for mediation and conflict resolution services.
  • Design and delivery of staff supervision systems.
