Mediation Services
Scottish community mediation services are able to apply to have their practice accredited. The standards require services to have a range of systems in place for ensuring efficient, ethical and appropriate mediation service delivery.

Individual Mediators
Mediators are able to apply to have their individual practice accredited. The standards require them to show that their training, current practice and professional development is of a satisfactory quality.

Training Courses
Trainers are able to apply to have their training courses accredited. They must show that the trainers are adequately experienced, the course materials are suitable, and that there is an appropriate assessment process.
